Choose and submit your appointment time and therapist, and a request will be sent to us. We will either contact you with questions or confirm your request, at which time you will receive an email confirmation. A 24-hour reminder will be sent via email or text for all scheduled sessions. We no longer provide reminder calls by phone so please be sure you have chosen a preferred contact method on your profile.
Don't see the opening you are looking for? We may be available by request on weekends and other times that do not appear on the online schedule. Please call or email us for requests, providing the details below. We will then confirm therapist availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

We reply to messages between client sessions and promise to respond as soon as possible.
Be sure to include the following details:
- Your preferred days, dates and time frames
- The duration of your session (30mins, 60mins, 90mins) and whether you are requesting Hot Stone Therapy
- Your preferred therapist and/or the reason you are seeking treatment so that we may match you with the appropriate therapist
- The best way to contact you
Because we do not accept walk-ins and it is possible that your therapist is traveling from another location to provide your session, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation if you will be unable to keep your appointment.
- Cancellation must be made by phone or email (no text messages please). Excluding emergencies, weather or illness, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 100% of the session fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
- Insurance patients providing less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged our self-pay session fee. Please note that your insurance will not cover fees for missed sessions.
